Firstly wash then wipe off the chillies with towel napkin then cut into half inch pieces

Take a wok and dry roast all the masalas except asafoetida and sesame seeds mention above fo' only one minute(keep 2 pinches of nigella seeds aside without grinding fo' garnishing purpose)..make powder in a mixture grinder

Heat oil in a pan and put asafoetida in it and crackle sesame seeds then put powder masala and cutted chillies in it and stir fry fo' 1-2 minutes on medium flame..don't get the chillies colour change.. Flame off and let the pickle cool down

Serve with pulses(dal) or prathha😁😉

Yo'r green & red chilli pickle is ready.. Serve in a bowl or store in an air tight jar

Instruction _if u r using mustard powder instead of mango powder then put mustard powder in chilli pickle when it cool down
