Jollof, or jollof rice, is a rice dish from West Africa. The dish is typically made with long-grain rice, tomatoes, onions, spices, vegetables and meat in a single pot, although its ingredients and preparation methods vary across different regions.This was my attempt at it.

Jollof Rice story originated in Senegal. Now this dish is enjoyed inmany west African Countries - in fact over 450 million people in Africa enjoy this rice on a regular basis. In Tamil Nadu India similar dish is known as Thakkali Sadam. In India they use more complex spices.
