My husband requested spaghetti carbonara because he prefers it creamy. So, this is my go-to dish when he's feeling down. Give it a try, ladies! It will surely become a family favorite, especially for the little ones... 😁😁
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Wash the garlic and onion thoroughly, then finely chop them. Cut the smoked beef into small squares.
- 2
Boil the spaghetti in salted water to give it flavor. Stir the spaghetti to prevent it from sticking together and cook until al dente. Once cooked, drain it.
- 3
Melt the butter, sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant. Once aromatic, add the smoked beef and stir until cooked. Then add the flour, stirring until it clumps and starts to brown.
- 4
Pour the milk into the pan, add all the seasonings (salt, pepper, oregano). Once it starts to boil, reduce the heat, and add the grated cheese. Stir continuously until the cheese is fully melted.
- 5
Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Once the taste is right, add the spaghetti and stir until the sauce evenly coats the spaghetti. Turn off the heat and serve on a plate. Enjoy while warm. Happy cooking. 😁

Seafood Carbonara Paccheri Seafood Carbonara Paccheri
Seafood Carbonara is a delicious dish that brings together flavors from both land and sea, combining fish and eggs for a great alternative to classic carbonara. I chose to make it with paccheri pasta (but long pasta shapes like spaghetti or linguine work just as well), and the result was truly excellent! in_cucina_con_floTranslated from Cookpad Italy -

Carbonara is a classic Roman dish made with simple, popular ingredients. There are many versions, from the most traditional to more creative takes.
