Ingredients

Serves 3 servings
  1. 10.5 ozspaghetti (300 grams)
  2. 7 ozsmoked bacon (200 grams)
  3. 3egg yolks
  4. Black pepper, to taste
  5. Grated Parmesan cheese, to taste
  6. Water, for boiling

    Cut the bacon into strips and sauté it in a small pan.
