Ingredients

  1. Chicken
  2. Tatashe
  3. Atarugu
  4. Onion
  5. Garlic
  6. Dried ginger
  7. Seasoning
  8. Salt
  9. Curry
  10. Oregano

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the chicken with vinegar,salt and lemon.

  2. 2

    Put the chicken in a pot,add the spices,garlic,onion,dried ginger, oregano,salt and seasoning.

    Cook till it gets soft.Place your pan on fire,add vegetable oil,allow to get hot,deep fry.

  4. 4

    Place and pan on fire,add a little oil,add the onions,add the grinded stuff and stir fry.Add Curry and thyme,stir fry again.

  5. 5

    Add a little water,add your seasoning and salt.Add the fried chicken and keep stirring till it's done.
