  2. 10Gizzards
  3. 1 bunchCelery
  4. 1/4kilo of Chicken fillet
  5. 2maggi
  6. 3Scotch bonnet
  7. Green pepper
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. Oil for frying

    Wash and season gizzard and chicken fillet put on fire to cook keep aside,wash celery n put in basket to strain. Put vegetable oil on fire and fry plantain until it’s golden. Put in strainer to remove excess oil. Now cut green pepper and scotch bonnets, mix cooked gizzard with fillet and veggies, mix properly and fry with little oil for 2 mins. Add fried and cubed plantain and serve with celery
