Cooking Instructions

    Clean the chicken and season thoroughly with thyme,onions,garlic, curry, salt and stock cubes. Cover and leave in the fridge to marinate for about and hour

    While waiting for the chicken to marinate,remove the seeds from the pepper and grate it together with scotch bonnet and onion

  3. 3

    When the chicken is well marinated, put in a pot, add some water and cook.

    After cooking, take out the chicken and fry it in a heated oil till it is golden brown all over

  5. 5

    Put the veg oil in a dry pot and sed to medium heat on your cooker

  6. 6

    Pour in the pepper add your veggies,diced tomato,green pepper, onion,red pepper, curry, and seasoning and fry till the water dries up

  7. 7

    Add in the fried chicken, stir throughly with a spatula on till the red pepper coats every part of the chicken

  8. 8

    Serve as desired
