    Wash the chicken and reduce the size put into pot with onion and salt and ginger to boil.use vegetable oil to fry the chicken,sieve and keep aside.

    Heat oil and stir fry the scotch bonnet,add curry powder,maggi cube,add the fried chicken stir fry until mix with pepper,serve alone or with suitable dishes.
