Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 21/2 cupflour
  2. 1 tspyeast
  3. 1 tbspsugar
  4. 1 tbspoil
  5. 1/2cup+1/4 water
  6. Pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, mix all ingredients into a soft sticky dough and cover to let it rise for an hour.

    Then deflate and cut into 4, grease a pan and roll each dough and arrange in the pangl

  3. 3

    Cover and let it rise for 30 more mins

  4. 4

    Then boil water in a steamer and steam for 10-15mins. Cover the alkubus with a nylon

  5. 5

    Serve with soup of Choice, i eat mine with Taushe soup
