  1. 500 gFlour, 2 Eggs, 2 teaspoon of yeasts, 100ml of water,

Cooking Instructions

    STEP 1 : In a medium size bowl mix the flour, a pinch of salt and yeast. Set it aside.

    STEP 2 : Mix the sugar, milk and sugar in another bowl. Add it to the flour mixture and mix properly, also add your whisk egg till it formed smooth dough.

    STEP 3 : Cover the doughnut dough with a nylon for like 50 minutes. The dough would have risen as seen above.

    STEP 4 : Place the dough on a flat surface. Roll out the dough with a roller to about 2mm thickness. Cut the dough into circular shape with large and small circular cutters to form the doughnut as seen above.

    STEP 5 :Pour some vegetable oil in a deep frying pan and heat it up with a stove or gas. Fry the doughnut till it is brown. You can dip it in a sugar.
