This is a dish I've been cooking for 30 years. On September 20, I added the information about the tongs.Since this chicken dish is for topping on rice bowls, the flavor is on the strong side. For a side dish, I recommend reducing the amount of soy sauce to 1 tablespoon.Be careful not to let the chicken burn when simmering at the end.Turn off the heat as soon as the sauce starts to thicken. Thick, Spicy Pork Teriyaki and Rice Thick, Spicy Pork Teriyaki and Rice
Since I bought a large amount of gochujang, I've been making a ton of recipes with it.The pork will release fat, so there's no need to oil the pan, but add some if it looks like it might burn. Once you add the sauce, it burns easily, so be sure to remove from heat as soon as it produces a glaze. Recipe by Punopuno cookpad.japan -

This has been in the regular rotation of our home dinner menu for years. I just combined our favorites to make this easy donburi rice bowl.My son used to be a very picky eater, but even he gobbles this up!The point is to fry the pork until it's crispy!By wiping away most of the fat that comes out of the meat, not only can you reduce the amount of fat in the dish but the sauce clings better to it too.Easy and inexpensive! My children love this too. For 2 servings. Recipe by Meruchanlove cookpad.japan -
