
Chicken with Sun Dried Tomato Cream Sauce

Mix chicken, salt and pepper together in a bowl.

In frying pan, add 1 TBSP butter and fry chicken until golden brown

Discard excess fat and add 1 TBSP butter again.

Saute Garlic until soft.

Add Chicken Broth, Heavy Cream, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Dried Oregano, Dried Thyme and basil.

Let cook for 10-20 Min. or until it becomes thick.

Place chicken back into cast iron and baste with sauce.

Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.

You can also baste every 5 minutes but also make sure to add 5 minutes to cook time.
