Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4-6pork chops, boneless
  2. 1 can (10.5 oz)cream of mushroom soup
  3. 1 candiced tomatos
  4. 2 cupscheese
  5. 1 box (16 oz)pasta
  6. Carrots (or other veggies, optional)
  7. Bacon bits
  8. 1egg
  9. Salt, pepper & onion powder

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Boil pasta in salted water. (I make dinner fun for the kids by using bow ties or rigitoni)

  3. 3

    While pasta is cooking, put a sauce pan with water on high, cut the pork chops into cubes and boil them for 7-10 minutes (sounds crazy, but it's good!)

  4. 4

    Mix egg, 1 cup of cheese, cream of mushroom soup, tomatos, carrots, bacon bits, pork chops & pasta in a bowl, then pour into a casserole dish.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle salt, pepper & onion powder on top, then top with left over cheese.

  6. 6

    Bake for 30 minutes uncovered.
