Cooking Instructions

    Wash the fish with vinegar and strain, then fry.

    Grate onion, pepper, garlic and ginger together.

    Chop spring onion.

    In a pan, preheat little veg. Oil, add grated paste and simmer a little.

  5. 5

    Add chopped spring onion, seasoning and spices.

  6. 6

    Add the fried fish. Stir for 2 min. And it's done.
