Cooking Instructions

Parboil your spaghetti for 10 minutes and drain in a sieve

Put oil in a frying pan and fry onions, dice tomatoes and peppers for 2 minutes, add Maggi and salt stir and pour 2 cups of water, put your sardines and allow to boil.

Pour your drain spaghetti and allow to cook till tender and water is dried up. Off light and serve.
