Ingredients

  1. Per boiled rice
  2. 1 sachetCoconut powder
  3. Salt
  4. Chopped carrots and peas
  5. Boiled grinded kayan miya
  6. Maggi
  7. Oil
  8. Curry
  9. Garlic powder

Cooking Instructions

    In a pot add oil and fry the sliced onions

    Add boiled tomatoes, ataruhu, onion etc

  3. 3

    Fry for about 30minutes

  4. 4

    Add meat stock

  5. 5

    Add Maggi cubes

  6. 6

    Add curry

  7. 7

    Add garlic powder

  8. 8

    Allow it to cooked through

  9. 9

    In another pot add water and coconut powder

  10. 10

    Allow it to boil and add per boiled rice

  11. 11

    Add little salt

  12. 12

    Add chopped carrots and peas

  13. 13

    Mix and allow it to cook and become soft

  14. 14

    Our rice is ready

  15. 15

    Serve with the stew and enjoy
