Cooking Instructions

    In a frying pan, pour in oil and place on a cooker or stove; using medium heat.

    Peel the yam and slice it in a clean bowl with water in it.

  3. 3

    Thoroughly wash the sliced yam and spice using a pinch of salt.

  4. 4

    Bring the spiced yam to the frying pan and fry.

  5. 5

    In another clean bowl, slice your peeled plantain into the bowl. Spice it using a pinch of salt too. Kepp aside.

    Take off the yam from the frying pan when completely fried and transfer into a colander.

  7. 7

    Then bring to the oil the spiced plantain to fry.

    And tranfer them into the colander too after being completely fried

    Wash all the onion, pepper and garlic as much a you would want to eat. And dice them into a smal bowl.

    Pour the vegetables into a small saucepan with few drops of oil including spices depending on the kinds you would want to use. And place on a cooker or stove; using medium heat to make the sauce.
