Ingredients

20 minutes
1 bowl
  • 100 gbrown sugar
  • 100 mlorange juice (not diluted squash)
  • 300 gcranberries
  • Orange zest (optional)

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    ●MICROWAVE VERSION● Put the sugar and juice in a bowl and into the microwave for 1 minute

  2. 2

    Add in the cranberries and return to the microwave for a further 6 minutes until the cranberries have lost their shape but are not completely mushy

  3. 3

    Add the orange zest to garnish and remove from the fridge 1 hour before use!

  4. 4

    ●HOB VERSION● Put the sugar and juice in a pan and bring to the boil

  5. 5

    Add in the cranberries and return to the hob for a further 10 minutes until the cranberries have lost their shape but are not completely mushy

  6. 6
