    Peel potatoes and cuts then add oil on fry pan fire on, allow it to hot then add salt on potatoes then stir well then add on hot oil fry for 15 minutes drain on colander its done.

    Peel plantain and pour salt then fry on hot oil till golden brown. Peel carrots and cuts small pieces then cuts green beans and onion, chopped attarugu and pour on fry pan add small oil fry for good 10 minutes add maggi and salt with curry then pour fried potatoes stir until well combined. Add fried plantain. Enjoy.
