Start by peeling the two potatoes.

Once peeled, slice them very thinly.

Place them in a bowl with water for 20 minutes to remove excess starch.

Lay them on a paper towel.

Use another paper towel to dry them.

Put them back in a bowl.

Add the olive oil and mix.

Preheat the air fryer for 15 minutes at 392°F (200°C).

After preheating, place the potatoes in the basket.

Set the air fryer for 6 minutes at 392°F (200°C).

Every two to three minutes, open and stir the potatoes.

After 6 minutes, set the air fryer for 13 minutes at 266°F (130°C).

Stir every two to three minutes for perfect cooking.

Once done, serve on a plate and add salt and paprika to taste.
