Ingredients

  1. 4mashed potatoes
  2. 1onion
  3. 2scotch bonnet
  4. 1/2corriander leaves
  5. 1small green papper
  6. 3eggs
  7. 1hard boiled egg
  8. Salt
  9. Vermicelli crushed
  10. Seasoning of choice

Cooking Instructions

    Boil potatoes and allow to cool,mash the potatoes,crack 2eggs and separate egg yolk keef white a side

    Add yolk +1egg to the mashed potatoes together with the remaining ingresients except(boiled egg,flour,veg.oil and vermicelli)

    Add 2tsp flour and use your hand to mix and shape into ball,press the center lightly to get shape of a cutlet

  4. 4

    Roll into flour,roll in vermicelli,deep in egg white

  5. 5

    Heat oil and fry cutlets till cripsy and golden brown.Place small piece of hard boiled egg in the center and serve
