    Grind onions n pepper,pour into a pot,add oil n fry it,add water n add d seasonings n spices.

    Soak dry fish in hot water for some minutes n wash it,put it inside d pot on fire.

    Wen d water is boiled n d dry fish is soft den add d parboiled rice n allow it to cook until it is soft.

  4. 4

    Wen d water in d rice has drain den add d carrots n green beans just for it to simmer.

  5. 5

    Jollof rice is done.
