Ingredients

  1. Crushed rice
  2. Spices
  3. Red pepper ball(yellow or green optional)
  4. Attaruhu
  5. Vegies
  6. Onions
  7. Laushi
  8. Curry
  9. Flour

Cooking Instructions

    Crush your attaruhu,cut ur vegies(alaiyahu)slice ur onions,pepper and laushi

    In a bowl,mix the crushed rice and maggi,mix thoroughly then add all ur ingredients mention above mix thoroughly until properly mixed

    You can use pot or madambaci but I use pot in making my dambu...put some water and use colander that will cover the water beneath

    Put all the mixture in it....in a separate bowl mix flour and water to make a dough which will be use in the covering of the edges of the pot(yhu can also use fai-fai,this is to prevent stem from going out)
