  2. Ugba
  3. Palm oil
  4. Pepper
  5. Onion
  6. leafGarden egg
  7. leafUtazi
  8. 1/2 teaspoonPotash
  9. Ehuru seed(African nutmeg)
  10. cubeMaggi

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash abacha with warm water to soften it.

  2. 2

    In a pot pour paml oil, grand the ehuru seed and add, add pepper,Maggi and salt. Turn well.

  3. 3

    Add the potash and stir well. Pour in the Abacha and Ugba and turn with a wooden spoon.

  4. 4

    When it's Incorporated slice utazi and garden Egg leaf and add.
