Sieve 3 tins of flour in a bowl add little oil, salt and mix until it forms a soft dough

Cover and allow it to rest for 10 minutes cut the dough into 9 pieces and mould into balls

Take each ball and roll with rolling pin, brush oil on top do the same to the rest brush with oil and arrange them one after the other

Roll it again and heat on a non-stick pan for some minutes

Add the sliced green peppers fry and add the boiled carrot and peas

For the samosa filling, heat oil in a pan and add grated red scotch bonnet pepper, and onions

Take one wrap and add the filling then fold into triangle shape

Add seasoning and the mince meat mix it up, keep aside and allow it to cool

In another pan heat oil and add the grated scotch bonnet add the grated onions and fry add green pepper

Add grated carrots, add the cabbage and mix well add seasoning

Add the mince meat mix well and allow it to cool, take the wraps add the mixture

Fold into shapes fry in hot oil and serve
