Cooking Instructions

    Peel the back of the yam wash and slice it to your desired shape, sprinkle some salt and sugar and boiled to soften the yam

  2. 2

    Grate the scotch bonnet, red pepper, onion and garlic

  3. 3

    In a pan add some oil and onion fry for some seconds, pour your grated pepper and your mince meat then add maggi and curry add some water and leave till the meat becomes soft, add your scrambled egg, veggies and diced tomatoes, green pepper and red pepper inside leave it to cook for some minutes. Serve and enjoy
