Ingredients

  1. Sliced/ loaf of bread
  2. Egg
  3. Flour
  4. Seasoning
  5. Tarugu
  6. Onions
  7. Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    If the bread is not sliced, you slice into desired size, it shouldn't be thick

    Chop onions, tarugu,beat eggs and add to the chopped ingredients

  3. 3

    Mix a little flour with water and add to the egg mixture whisk very well to avoid absorbing much oil

  4. 4

    Put oil on fire, then take slice of the bread deep in the egg mixture both sides and fry on moderate heat till golden brown

  5. 5

    Repeat till end. Put in a colander to drain the oil.

  6. 6

    Serve with tea.
