Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcrushed groundnuts
  2. 1 cuppalmoil
  3. 1/2 Cupvegetable oil
  4. 2 cupsfresh moringa
  5. 2dried or fresh fish of ur choice
  6. 1 cuppomo
  7. 3 cupsblended onions,peppers and tomatoes
  8. 1whole chicken or half kg beef cooked
  9. 1 cupchicken stock
  10. 6seasoning cubes
  11. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    In a large pan mix the oils and heat for 6 to 8 mins. Fry the chicken or beef first

    Add the blended tomatoes fry for another 5 mins, add 1 cup chicken stock

  3. 3

    Add the fish, groundnut paste, cooked pomo, seasoning cubes and moringa leaves.

    Let it cook for another five minutes. Serve with any swallow of your choice.
