Do you have some left over noodles?Well here is a little something I put together, my wife loved it so much, I'm going to make it again, with "new noodles" instead of left over.Since asparagus is on sale right now, seems like good timing.

Wanted to use up left over pumpkin pie.. This takes literally 2minutes to prepare and good use of pie so simple and easy!

This is a good way to use those left over mashed potato's and turn it in to a nice side for your breakfast or even lunch or dinner ! You can dip them in some sour cream if you like !
