Wanted to use up left over pumpkin pie.. This takes literally 2minutes to prepare and good use of pie so simple and easy!
Cooking Instructions

Heat your broiler on high, or you can use a cooking torch. Now Start by slicing your pumpkin pie, turn it over remove the crust and line at the bottom of your ramekin.

Now add in your pumpkin pie, smooth with a spoon and top with a teaspoon of sugar, move the tamarin around till sugar distributed evenly. Now place into broiler or if you have a cooking torch brown the tops of your brûlée.. Simple easy and fun good use of left over pie!

This recipe is really delicious, perfect blend of spices, not too bland tasting or to much spices. I heard adding a pinch of black pepper makes it really good as well. I haven't tried that yet because I enjoy the taste of this one. I do plan on trying that lil secret out sometime though. Hope you enjoy this recipe! 😋
