Ingredients

  1. Tsamiya (tamarins) hand full
  2. Garin gero mixed wt kayan kanshi(ginger, kanunfari, n co)
  3. Boiling water
  4. Fries
  5. Irish potato
  6. Plantain
  7. 2Eggs
  8. Oil
  9. Salt
  10. Dry pepper
  11. Onion

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a clean pot boil your water wt d tsamiya in it 2 get a very sour taste at d end

  2. 2

    Remove d tamarin frm d boiling water, put in another container n add cold water then drain d water into ur garin kunu(gero).

    Mix until u get a medium thick consistency

  4. 4

    Pour ur boiled ruwan tsamiya to it n mix 2 avoid lumps.

    Peel d arish n plantain,n place ur oil so it gets hot. Fry n in batches n don't 4get 2 add salt

  6. 6

    Whisk ur egg and add maggi, dry pepper n onion n fry in a separate frying pan
