Ingredients

  1. 1medium size yam
  2. Titus fish
  3. Seasoning
  4. Tattase
  5. Pepper
  6. Onion
  7. Ginger and garlic
  8. Egg

Cooking Instructions

    Peel yam wash and cut till tender (add a lil salt) set aside and let it cool off

  2. 2

    Grate ur tattase, pepper onion ginger and garlic

  3. 3

    Wash ur fish spice it and cook, remove the bones and set aside

  4. 4

    Mash ur yam and fish add in ur kayan miya, seasoning break 1egg and stir, ball shape it and deep it in you egg and fry till golden brown
