1 blocktofu
Halffish belly
1 tbsppreserved black bean(tauci)
2 stalkspring onion
1thumb size ginger
5 clovesgarlic
Cooking oil

Steps

Heat wok and add oil, then fry the fish and set aside when cook.

Add oil then sautee ginger, garlic and tauci. Add water and simmer.

Then add the fish and the tofu. Cook it until done.
