Ingredients

  1. 1fresh tomato diced
  2. 5fresh peppers diced
  3. 1/2onion diced
  4. to tastesalt
  5. dashseasoning cube
  6. 1/2 cuppalm oil
  7. left over chicken suya

Cooking Instructions

    Heat palm oil and fry and add the onion once the oil is hot, after a minute or two, add the diced tomatoes and peppers.

    Add salt and seasoning cube and taste for seasoning and remove from heat.

    Slice your utazi leaf and fresh onion and set aside

  4. 4

    Serve with boiled yam or roasted yam with palm oil sauce, place the utazi leaf, onion and left over chicken suya on top to enjoy
