Steps

Firstly take a big bowl for the dough.

Keep aside for 15- 20 mins for rest.

Take wheat flour,Ajwain,oil and salt now mix it well.

Now add water as per need and make a soft dough and Knead it well
- 5
In an another bowl add grated paneer and all the rest ingredients except oil for roasting paratha and mix it

Now take the dough and make 14 to 16 small balls
- 7
Take a rolling board and rolling pin keep the ball on it and flatten it like capati and keep this aside make one more chapati and put 1 tablespoon paneer mixture on it cover it from first chapati.Lock the sides and flatten it again

Now roast the paratha on a tawa on medium fame by using oil
- 9
Serve it hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
