Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsRice
  2. 2Hot pepper
  3. Onion 1 medium size
  4. Veg. Oil 1\2 cup
  5. Seasoning
  6. Salt
  7. Liver
  8. Tomato paste 1\2 sachet
  9. Garlic
  10. Spices
  11. 2 cupsWater

Cooking Instructions

    Per-boil rice and keep aside. Fry liver, dice and also keep aside.

    Wash onion and pepper and grate. Stir fry the grated ingredients with tomato paste.

  3. 3

    Pour water, add the per-boiled rice. Put seasoning, salt, spices and salt.

  4. 4

    Lastly, add the fried liver and allow to simmer for 3 mins.
