Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Grind/blend your melon with crayfish

  2. 2

    Season your stockfish allow to cook till soft add your fresh fish and smoke fish Allow to boil

  3. 3

    Now add the pepper, Maggie,and oil and allow to boil

  4. 4

    In a clean bow add the grinded/blended melon little onions, little salt, little of the boiling stock and mix together it should be thick

  5. 5

    Add the mix melon to the boiling stock cover and allow to cook for 10 to 20 minutes

  6. 6

    Stir and adjust to your taste now add the chop pumpkin leaf or bitter leaf lower your heat and allow to cook for 5 minutes and your soup is ready to be serve 😋
