Ingredients

  1. 1 teaspoonOfo(thickner)
  2. 4 cupsBlended egusi
  3. leafBitter
  4. 3cksp Crayfish
  5. 1/4 kgMeat(cow)
  6. 2Stockfish
  7. 3 cubesKnorr
  8. 1/2 teaspoonuziza seed
  9. 2 handfulBitter leaf
  10. 5cksp palmoil
  11. 1small onion

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil the cow meat with stockfish with salt,knorr cubes and onion.boil it for minimal 30minutes.

    Place pot on heat,when is dry add palmoil.bleach for 1min and pour in the blended egusi

    Dry for 4minutes.make sure you are stirring it very well with a wooden spoon.

    Pour in the stock fish and meat and more water enough for the soup.cover and boil.

    Boil for 5minutes.add ofo,it has to be sprinkled to avoid lumps.boil for another 5minutes by now the soup with be a bit thick.

    Add crayfish,knorr cubes,salt,Fresh pepper and blended uziza seed.

    Boil for at least 7minutes.

    Wash the Bitter leaf.is already shredded so add.

  9. 9

    Stir very well boil for 1minute and put off the heat.
