    Wash and boil palm fruit until soft pound and extract the juice

    Blend your pepper, chop onions, disbone your bonga fish and clean up your catfish, crayfish

    Put the extract banga juice on fire add the blended pepper, onions, crayfish, cow beef, bonga fish maggie salt and allow to boil

    Parboil your rice for 2 to 3 minutes and add to the boiling pot on fire

  5. 5

    When it about to dry add the smoke catfish cover and low the heat to dry

  6. 6

    Enjoy with palm wine 😁😁
