Ingredients

  2. Fresh tomatoes
  3. Tintomatoe paste
  4. cubeKnorr
  5. Groundnut oil
  6. Curry powder
  7. Dry ginger and garlic

Cooking Instructions

    Parboil the rice for 3 minutes.

    Slice the onions and tomatoes. Add groundnut oil to the pot. Frying onions a little, add the tomatoes, fry till the soar taste is no longer. Add water and pour the parboil rice. Add ur seasons, salt. Cover till the water is dry.

    Wash the chicken and season. Boil for 5 minutes and fry in groundnut oil. Keep turning till golden brown. Serve with ur jollof rice.
