  1. 2 cupstrimmed broccoli
  2. 1 cupthin sliced beef
  3. 1 tablespoonminced shallot
  4. 1 tablespoonchopped scallion
  5. 1 cupbeef broth
  6. 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  7. 4 tablespoonssugar
  8. 2 tablespoonsoyster sauce
  9. 4 tablespoonsdry sherry
  10. 1/2 cupsesame oil
  11. 1 teaspooncorn starch
  12. 1 teaspoonlemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Sauté beef with sesame oil, on high for 2-3 minutes (depending on thickness of beef)

    Add scallions, shallots and broccoli, sauté for another minute

  3. 3

    Whisk all remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl until uniform and add to wok. Sauté, turning frequently until sauce is thickened

  4. 4

    Serve with rice
