Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 bunchWaterleave
  2. 2milk tins of pounded fang leave
  3. Palm oil
  4. spoonCrayfish
  5. headcow
  6. Maggi
  7. Salt
  8. Dry pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add crayfish, dry pepper to the boiled cow head and stock in the pot.

  2. 2

    Taste for seasoning and add salt,maggi,the afang leave, cover for 1 minute then add waterleaves and cook it

  3. 3

    Add ugu leaves and palm oil and stir to mix

  4. 4

    Cook without covering pot for 3 minutes
