This is one of our favorite breakfast. Yey, pancake!

Τα pancakes είναι κάτι σαν τηγανίτες στο πιο αφράτο τους. Στην αγορά κυκλοφορεί ειδικό σιρόπι (maple syrup) με το οποίο μπορείτε να τις περιχύσετε. Αλλιώς λίγο μέλι με κανέλα θα κάνουν τη δουλειά. Είναι πολύ νόστιμο και θρεπτικό πρωινό.Αν θέλετε φυσικά μπορείτε να τις συνοδέψετε με ό,τι θέλετε, μερέντα, μαρμελάδες, ταχίνι ή ακόμα και με κάτι αλμυρό, τυράκι, ζαμπονάκι κλπΓίνεται με όλα τα είδη αλευριού, αλλά προτείνω το δυνατό αλεύρι γιατί νομίζω τα κανει πολύ φουσκωτά!Άλλα μυστικά: στη ζύμη αυτή μπορείτε να προσθέσετε υλικά και μέσα και να τα ψήσετε. Πχ να βάλετε τυρί, μπέικον μέσα στη ζύμη και να φτιάξετε πάνκεικς αλμυρά με γέμιση. Στην Ολλανδία τα κάνουν έτσι και τρως ένα ολόκληρο γεύμα έτσι.

Since I saw the movie Mathilda as a kid I’ve been obsessed with the pancakes she makes in the beginning of the movie. After a lot of recipes tried, this is the one I absolutely love!
