Cooking Instructions

Beat eggs till mixture turns yellow.

Add in sugar, caramel, baking powder, milk and butter. Mix till everything dissolve.

Add in flour and mix well. Then, use a ladle to scoop and pour it into a none stick pan.

Cook till golden brown on each side. *note* don't press the pancake while cooking, it will remove the air bubble in the pancake and reduces the fluffy texture.
