Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare your cake pans by butter g and placing parchment paper over., then set aside.
- 2
Combine the flour, butterscotch pudding mix, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl then side aside.
- 3
Add butter brown sugar and vegetable oil and cream until light and fluffy, about 10-15mins
- 4
Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix until completely combined and smooth. Add half of the dry ingredients to the batter and mix well until mostly combined..it would be totally smooth, but it's just ok.
- 5
Add the milk and mix well, the batter will look a little curdied but like I said before, it's ok...Add the remaining dry ingredients well well and add the remaining milk to give it a final proper mix...but don't over mix...
- 6
Divide the batter evenly into cake pans and bake for 30-40mins on moderate over.. I started baking with a bowl.of water inside the over andvthis really helps the cake to bake evenly and even when the oven is very hot, the water cools it down and makes the cake not get burnt.
- 7
Once the cake is ready, remove from oven and allow to cool down completely on a baking tray.
- 8
Lastly, slice up and enjoy with a tall chill glass of lemonade or water.... If you don't want your neighbours visiting, then don't bake this cake...the aroma is just heavenly...😊😋😂 And i like my cakes totally brown out...lolz

Italian Almond Ricotta Cake with Lemon (Gluten-Free) Italian Almond Ricotta Cake with Lemon (Gluten-Free)
I needed to whip up a dessert when we invited friends over for dinner. This is a delightfully moist and flavorful dessert that was unlike any other that I’ve made. It’s not fluffy and light like a standard American-style cake. The almond flour and ricotta give it a consistency that is more akin to a cheesecake. I’d definitely make it again.#Dessert #Sweet #Decadent #Rich #GF Chris Gan -

Lemon Sour Cream Pound Cake Lemon Sour Cream Pound Cake
I learned to make pound cake in high school home economics class in the 1960s and fell in love with it. Made one a week for my dad and siblings. I'd bake it in a loaf pan and serve slices topped with fruit and whipped cream. It's probably been 50 years since I last baked one, and I was really excited to make this one with sour cream and the tangy lemon glaze. Lemon is one of my favorite flavors, and this delicious cake really hit a home run!#GoldenApron23 Maggie Conlon -
