Ingredients

12-16 squares
  1. 175 gunsalted butter
  2. 300 glight soft brown sugar
  3. 200 gcrunchy peanut butter
  4. 2large eggs
  5. 1 tspvanilla paste
  6. 200 gplain flour
  7. 1 tspbaking powder
  8. Pinchsalt
  9. 150 gdark chocolate cut into chunks
  10. 200 gmini marshmallows
  11. 20 cmsquare baking tin

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 160 (fan) and line the baking tin with baking paper

  2. 2

    Melt the butter and mix with the sugar until dissolved and smooth

  3. 3

    Add the peanut butter and mix until combined.

  4. 4

    Beat in the eggs and stir through the vanilla paste.

  5. 5

    Add the flour, baking powder and salt and fold to combine.

  6. 6

    Stir through the chocolate chunks.

  7. 7

    Pour the mix into the tin and top with the mini marshmallows

  8. 8

    Bake for 50-60 minutes- until risen and topping is golden brown.

  9. 9

    Leave to fully cool down (1 hour) before removing from the tin and cutting into squares.
