  1. 1 cupdried tamarind, some pineapple peels,
  2. Sugar, ginger and cloves,
  3. Cucumber juice

    In a pot add the rinsed tamarind and pineapple peels, ginger and cloves. Add water and bring to a boil. Stir and remove from heat. Allow to cool completely. Sieve then add sugar to your taste.stir then finally add cucumber juice. Pour in glasses and enjoy.
