  1. Tamarind(tsamiya)
  2. Ginger
  3. Cucumber
  4. Cloves,dry ginger,cinnamon
  5. Fresh flavours

Cooking Instructions

    Boil your tamarind with dry ginger,cloves cinnamon

  2. 2

    Strain your tamarind, add your sugar, fresh flavours this are the ones I use

  3. 3

    Blend your fresh ginger and cucumber and add the mixture to your tamarind juice stir and add your ice cubes, garnish with cucumber slice and mint leave, serve chill
