    Orange-Tamarind juice.Wash and boil tamarind and ginger,sieve and add orange juice and sugar,Serve cold

    Pineapple-Tamarind juice.Wash and boil tamarind,mint and pineapple peels,sieve and add sugar,Serve cold.

    Spiced-Tamarind juice.Wash and boil tamarind with cinnamon sticks,mint,ginger,cloves,Sieve and add sugar,serve cold.

    Mint-cucumber tamarind juice,Wash,boil tamarind with mint and ginger.Extract juice from cucumber (by blending the cucumber with water and sieve)add the cucumber juice to the boiled tamarind juice,add sugar and serve cold.

    Honey-Tamarind juice,Wash and boil tamarind with mint,add cucumber juice and serve with honey.

specifically, I was here to look at recipes using tamarind and cinnamon. your additional ingredients take away from the simplicity of a healthy food / drink
