Ingredients

  1. 1 lettuce head, coarsely chopped
  2. 2 cupsparsley, coarsely chopped
  3. 1 cupmint, coarsely chopped
  4. 1 cupwatercress
  5. 3 cucumbers, sliced
  6. 4 radishes, sliced
  7. 1/2 green peppers, cut into cubes
  8. 1/2 red peppers, cut into cubes
  9. 1 onion, sliced
  10. 1 green onion, coarsely chopped
  11. 3 garlic clove, crushed
  12. 1/4 cuppomegranate syrup
  13. 1/4 cuplemon juice
  14. 1/4 cupolive oil
  15. 1 tablespoonsumac
  16. 1 loaf Arabic bread, cut into squares and fried or roasted
  17. salt to taste

    In a large bowl, mix all the vegetables together.

    In a smaller bowl, place the crushed garlic; add oil, lemon juice, pomegranate juice, sumac and salt. Mix the sauce very well.

    Pour the sauce over the mixed vegetables, mix well and then top with the bread pieces and serve.
